在全球交流日益深化、文明互鉴愈发重要的时代背景下，日中文化国际交流协会于日本大阪成立。协会的设立，源于对中日两国悠久文化传统的尊重，也源于对当代国际社会加强理解、增进互信的共同期待。
文化是连结人心的桥梁，也是跨越制度与沟通差异的共同基础。
正是基于这样的认识，协会以“日中文化交流之桥，日中民间友好之家”为宗旨，致力于推动中日两国在文化、艺术、学术及社会各领域的持续交流与务实合作。
我们始终认为，真正持久而稳固的友好关系，植根于民间，体现在日常而深入的互动之中。文化交流不仅是审美与技艺的展示，更是理解彼此历史、价值与社会关切的重要途径。通过文化这一共同语言，不同背景的人们得以相互理解、相互尊重，并在交流中凝聚共识。
面向未来，日中文化国际交流协会将继续汇聚两国及国际社会的多方力量，搭建开放、专业、可信赖的交流平台；以项目为纽带、以活动为载体，持续推动高质量的人文交流与合作实践。我们期待在文化的滋养中，让更多交流成果落地生根，让民间友好不断延展，为中日关系的长远发展注入持久而温和的力量。

国際交流が一層深化し、文明の相互理解がこれまで以上に重要となる時代の流れの中、日中文化国際交流協会は日本・大阪にて設立されました。本協会の設立は、中日両国が育んできた悠久の文化伝統への敬意に根ざすと同時に、現代国際社会における相互理解の促進と信頼醸成への共通の期待によるものです。
文化は人の心を結ぶ架け橋であり、制度の違い、そして意思疎通の隔たりを越えるための共通の基盤でもあります。
この認識のもと、本協会は「日中文化交流の架け橋、日中民間友好の拠点」を理念として掲げ、中日両国の文化・芸術・学術ならびに社会各分野における継続的な交流と実務的な協力の推進に取り組んでまいります。
私たちは、真に持続的で揺るぎない友好関係は民間に根を下ろし、日々の深い交流の積み重ねの中にこそ形づくられると確信しております。文化交流は、美意識や技芸の披露にとどまらず、互いの歴史や価値観、社会的関心を理解するための重要な道でもあります。文化という共通の言語を通じて、多様な背景を持つ人々が相互理解と相互尊重を育み、交流の中で共通認識を築いていくことができるのです。
今後、日中文化国際交流協会は、両国ならびに国際社会の多様な力を結集し、開かれた、専門性の高い、信頼できる交流プラットフォームを構築してまいります。プロジェクトを結節点とし、事業・活動を推進力として、高品質な人文交流と協力の実践を継続的に促進いたします。文化の滋養の中で、より多くの交流成果が着実に根を張り、民間友好がさらに広がりゆくことで、中日関係の長期的発展に、持続的で穏やかな力を注ぎ込めることを願っております。
これまで長きにわたり本協会の発展にご関心を寄せ、ご支援くださった各界の皆様に心より感謝申し上げます。文化交流の道を共に歩み、理解と信頼、そして友好の新たな章を共に綴っていけますよう願っております。

At a time when global exchanges are deepening and mutual learning among civilizations is becoming ever more important, the Japan–China Cultural International Exchange Association was established in Osaka, Japan. Our establishment is rooted in deep respect for the long-standing cultural traditions of both countries, and in a shared expectation across today’s international community to strengthen understanding and build trust.
Culture is a bridge that connects hearts, and a shared foundation that helps us transcend differences in systems and communication.
Guided by this conviction, the Association upholds the mission of “a bridge for Japan–China cultural exchange and a home for people-to-people friendship,” and is committed to advancing sustained exchange and practical cooperation across culture, arts, academia, and broader sectors of society in both countries.
We firmly believe that enduring and resilient friendship takes root among the people and is built through meaningful, day-to-day interactions. Cultural exchange is not only a presentation of aesthetics and craftsmanship; it is also an essential path toward understanding one another’s history, values, and social concerns. Through culture as a common language, people from diverse backgrounds can cultivate mutual understanding and respect, and forge shared consensus through dialogue and engagement.
Looking ahead, the Japan–China Cultural International Exchange Association will continue to bring together diverse strengths from both countries and the international community, and to build an open, professional, and trusted platform for exchange. With projects as our links and programs as our carriers, we will steadily promote high-quality people-to-people exchange and cooperation in practice. We hope that, nourished by culture, more outcomes will take root and flourish, people-to-people friendship will continue to expand, and a lasting and gentle force will be added to the long-term development of Japan–China relations.
We extend our sincere gratitude to all friends from various sectors who have long cared for and supported the Association’s growth. May we move forward together on the path of cultural exchange, and jointly write a new chapter of understanding, trust, and friendship.
